Wilma Hanson-McCoy joined the Concorde team in 1994, bringing with her an extensive background of experience and education in accounting, computer programming, software development, human resources and employee training.

 

Wilma is a licensed real estate agent who continues to complement her background with continuing education in real estate law, fair housing, technology, human resources, and real estate maintenance. This level of expertise fosters confidence and assurance that all Concorde transactions are handled properly.

 

She is constantly looking for the most efficient and cost-effective methods to manage all Concorde operations as well as the properties in its portfolio. Wilma is dedicated to leading the Concorde team to perform at a level with the best in the industry. She wants everything the company does to reflect that philosophy.

Dana Schmidt, is vice president of Tallgrass Development. Dana, an experienced development professional in his own right, is responsible for development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction and asset management for the company's current and future projects.

Prior to joining Tallgrass, Dana was with First Industrial Realty Trust, overseeing development and re-development in the mountain states of the US and Canada including Denver, Salt Lake City, Reno, Calgary and Edmonton. While at First industrial Dana completed over 3 million square feet of development, re-development and acquisitions across Western North America. Previously he was with Midwest First Financial in Omaha.

A native of Nebraska, he earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska in Business Administration (Finance) and a master's degree from the University of Denver (Daniels College of Business in Real Estate and Construction Management). He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
