The Lincoln Flats
The Lincoln Flats is a $6 million
mixed use project creating new retail, office and residential space
in downtown Lincoln at 13th and O streets.
Project Update: Commercial space and
second floor condominiums are available now.
In all, a total of 24 moderately priced
condominiums will be available during 2009.
Another key element of the project is a redeveloped alley plaza that will turn into a unique, pedestrian friendly walkway. This will connect the building with other downtown landmarks.
Design the Home of Your Dreams
Every condo at the Lincoln Flats includes a generous $30 per foot building allowance.
Use this allowance for plumbing, apppliances, countertops, cabinets and build the unique personalized living space you've always dreamed about.
Only the kitchen and bathrooms are fixed spaces; everything else is customizable so the units can be designed to reflect the homeowners'unique tastes.
"We're really building 24 custom homes," said Wilma Hanson McCoy, vice president of operations for Concorde Management & Development.
News: Concorde Management and the Lincoln Flats recognized for significant contributions to downtown Lincoln
Concorde's Flats project wins one of six 2009 Downtown Impact Awards. The redevelopment project won in the DLA's residential category. A total of six businesses were recognized for their contributions this year.
